The movements and postures make you flexible and it is a great way to get stronger. That is precisely why the sport is a great addition to our budokas. Yoga can help with de-stressing, relaxation, and concentration. It can give you energy for the day and improve your sleep. In addition to the physical aspect, attention is paid to breathing. Of course, everyone can participate in yoga, even without participating in other (budo) classes.

The Yoga class is given on Tuesdays from 20:00 – 21:00
