Last Saturday, despite the cold and nerves, Ellen was the only lady among the candidates to take an excellent 3rd dan Jiu-Jitsu exam in the presence of a group of fellow members.
Technically it was well executed, especially the kata part. Including Ellen, our association now has three 3rd dan Jiu-Jitsuka’s on the mat and we are proud of that!!
