On Sunday, March 23rd, we held an extra festive edition of our internal competitions. Due to our 60th anniversary, we decorated the hall with items like flags and balloons. Unfortunately, due to the prevailing flu, many participants dropped out at the last minute, so in the end, 100 children aged 4 to 14 competed in 20 pools. They were divided into 4 age groups, starting with the youngest who only knew one move, up to the oldest group (this time with no girls), where the bigger boys tried to win with various throws, holds, and even chokes. There was a lot of enthusiasm, fortunately, no injuries, and only a few disappointed faces when someone missed out on the main prizes. But that’s part of the sport.
