Just before the start of the new season, we will be organizing another beach training in Kijkduin, from 9:30 to approximately 11:00. We will gather at the turning loop at the end of Machiel Vrijenhoeklaan, near Roompot holiday park. Put it in your diary now!
Kasper will be providing the training, with a bit of running, games and perhaps a bit of judo or jiu jitsu. If the weather is nice, we will of course go into the sea at the end.
Everyone from the age of 6 can participate. It is useful for the youngest children if their parents come along, parents can also simply participate.
