On Saturday November 5th, Aukje took the exam for her 1st dan in judo together with uke Sophie, and Aukje passed! First, she demonstrated the first three series of the Nage-no-kata, followed by standing techniques (tachi-waza) and ground techniques (ne-waza).
The jury thought it was a good exam, so afterwards Aukje received her well-deserved black belt.
